Ok, it's been 71 days since my notice date for my I-765. And still no letter for fingerprinting. Just curious: did you send in i765 at same time as i485? I filed my i765 later and I e-filed. In the e-file confirmation it has some information which might also apply to you. It states: "You must phone the BCIS national cust serv center to schedule an appointment wth your local app support center. You will need your BCIS receipt number and ASC fingerprint code to schedule the appointment" goes on to say: "the app support center with collect a digital photo, signature and fingerprint from you at your appointment" is this why you had no letter? I am confused on this one myself since the i485 clearly said to not schedule an appointment!! so which one should one do? cheers- Rob |
