I have a question with respect to arrests from traffic violations.
Would it jeopardize your naturalization, if:
1. Arrest for an outstanding traffic warrant ( Failure to pay fine ).
Bail posted, fine paid. No criminal conviction.
Does this type of arrest, need to be disclosed on N400? It never came
up during greencard fingerprinting - arrest was several years before
greencard.
Please respond with experieces in this area.

It needs to be disclosed.
However, provided that you lied on your green card application (which
seems to be the case), you may face the question "did you lie before or
are you lying now?" - and the consequences associated with it.

How did you answer the question "have you ever been arrested?" on your
previous immigration paperwork?
Yes, it needs to be disclosed. I am not sure if it is the arrest itself
that would be your problem now, but rather why you never brought it up
previously, when asked about arrests.

In my experience as a law enforcement officer a traffic offense is not
criminal. However, failure to pay a fine IS a criminal violation. That
is why an arrest warrant was issued. I have never heard of a traffic
warrant, and don't think they exist. I know they don't in Florida. It
appears to me you were arrested.
I would have to say this should have been mentioned long before now.
