Hi!

My husband and I am not getting along well lately. He thinks I am
always complaining to him and I think he is becoming less and less
interested of me. He doesn't seem to care much about me and very often
we argue very badly. After all these, I have decided to separate from
him. He is a US citizen and I am currently having conditional green
card through marriage which is valid for one more year. I really don't
know what to do. I can no longer stay with him and he also wishes the
same.

I really appreciate your advice.

How long have you both been married? Have you both been to a marriage
counsellor? If not, I think you both should give that a sincere shot.
Before you go, I strongly suggest you to make a list of your real
issues with him. Please ask your husband to do the same. If you did not
prepare, you can get highly emotional during the session and lose your
focus.

In most cases, counselling really helps. Please do all you can to save
the marriage., before thinking on other lines.

Best of luck.
Kitty Cat.

Hi Cheng,

You can get divorced and file for removal of conditions on your own as
soon as your divorce is final. You just need to prove your marriage was
in good faith.

Best Wishes,
Rene
