This won't be a question about the accuracy of the processing dates
posted on the USCIS site :-)

But what I am wondering is where they list processing dates for N-400 -
is that all N-400s (irrespective of basis/type) or are some apps
processed quicker (ie marriage to US Citizen and PR for 3 years)? Are
there any sub-classes of N-400 apps, and if so are the sub-classes of
any significance?

The timelines given are for all N-400s. There is no difference in
timeline for marriage based vs. residency only based N-400s.

The final timeline is that provided by the district office.
