A friend of mine has his advanced parole approved on September 20, 2005, and valid by September 19, 2006. He recently took a trip to Japan, and returned to US on August 2, 2006. The agent stamped his advanced parole as: ---------------------------------- Paroled pursuant to Sec. 212(d) (5) of the I & N Act to Aug 1, 2007 Purpose: Adj of Status ---------------------------------- Does it mean that he can still use the advanced parole in the future to enter US before Aug 1, 2007? > A friend of mine has his advanced parole approved on September 20, > 2005, and valid by September 19, 2006.
