Hiya guys, it's me again! I have my interview next Thursday, and Friday will be 90 days from the receipt of my I-765 application (July 6th). I still haven't received the EAD. I received a RFE requesting more info on spouse's income, and the docs we then submitted were received on August 12th. Would my I-765 be delayed because of the RFE? Should I ask for it at my interview if they don't give me a decision yet because of background checks? Gosh, you either got a very quick interview, or you filed for your EAD very late in the process!
