hi ppl, i was wondering if anyone could help me out with a prob i have i
am frm scotland and now residing in usa have done now for 2 yrs. i filed
the 1130 and it was approved and was supposed to be changing my status
for permanet residence but.....................my hubby has backed out
now and he doesnt care, after al he was my sponsor now im stressed. i
came to usa on a 90 day waiver which doesnt help me out. i have
been maried to hubby for nearl 4 yrs and we married in scotland. i
dont have a ssn, or no money and i need help asap, i want to do this
myself but i dont have the funds to do it or to go back to scotland, any
ideas?? any information regarding this matter would be fantastic and i
can put my mind at ease. yall have a grt day. maggie

well I wouldn't leave the country till you get it all sorted, having
used the VWP and an overstay and all that.

What might be worth doing, and I think the USCIS.gov website has a list
somewhere for each state, would be getting in contact with a charity
that helps out with immigration matters, they are often church related,
but the help is free. :)
