Hi Guys, Does anyone know how long the California Service Center is taking these days for removal of conditions 1-751. We filed on 28 January and our application is pending. On the INS website, it says that they have completed processing of applications received in September 2007. That tells me it's taking 6-7 months. Well, I filed last year around Jan 28 (give or take a week).. I got my approval in July or August, as I recall.. Apparently I was approved on April 14th 2008. That's less than 3 months since we filed. Fantastic! Thank you California Service Center. |
