I recently became a permanent resident of U.S. and arrived here in May
of this year, now I have to go back to my country and wind up my
business, it may take more than a year to do it, so I applied for
reenetry permit on the 18th of July.
I have few questions regarding that, if anyone can help me, I would
appreciate it. I sent a fee of $305 to Nebraska Service Center (not
$80.00 for biometric), I thought they had my finger prints and
photograph, since I recently arrived in U.S. and it was done at the
airport.
1) Do you think it was necessary to send $385.00 ($305 + $80)?
2) What should be my nexty step now?
3) How long does it take before we get an acknowldgement?
4) My departure date is in September, what should I do, if I don't get
a confirmation or permit before I leave.
Please advise ASAP

Always do what they ask for. Don't assume anything.
They probably need the biometrics again.
