WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama has signed an executive order
strengthening the long-standing White House initiative on historically
black colleges and universities.

Obama says these schools have felt the pain of the recession most acutely
because they enroll a higher proportion of low and middle-income students.
He's calling for increased funding for historically black colleges in his
proposed budget.

Obama says historically black colleges and universities still play a vital
role and their success is crucial to a better future for all Americans.
He'll speak at the commencement ceremony for one of these institutions,
Hampton University in Virginia, this spring.

No president would call for increased funding for all-white schools so why
for black schools?  Answer - most blacks just don't have the brains to go
against whites and truly need black-only schools. And all blacks know that.

Historically black colleges and universities don't discriminate on the
basis of race.  White applicants are few, e.g., about 1% of enrollees at
Howard are white.

Answer - some black students would like to go to schools where they won't
meet w.nkers like you.

Can you blame them?

HAHAHA.  When a white school is underrepresnted in blacks, you lib loons
tout that as proof of discrimination.

The University of Idaho has less than 1% black enrollment.  That's
because nobody in his right mind, let alone a black person in his right
mind, wants to spend four years in Idaho.  So black applications are few.
Nobody claims the University of Idaho is discrminatory.

Wbite enrollment at Howard is about 1%.  That's because most white
students don't want to spend time at a unviersity where their race is
outnumbered 100 to 1.  So white applications are few.  Nobody claims that
Howard is discriminatory.

Is this too hard for you?  I can type more slowly so you can follow.
