Hi there,

I received my N-400 Interview letter and I have 3 questions:

1- My letter is from Nebraska Service Center in the form of
I-797C NOA. I was expecting to get the interview letter
from my District Office, like what I got for my I-485.
So is it normal?

2- In the list of MUST BRING documents, it ask for any
evidence of Selective Service Registration. What does
it mean? I am 35 Y/O, Do I need that and what is that?

3- Is it OK that it says on the top describing the NOA as:
Request for Applicant to Appear for Naturalization
Initial Interview. How many Interviews are we supposed
to do which this is INITIAL??? Is it normal???

Thanks a lot for your responses and helps.

Don't worry too much about the interview letter: it is just
a standard form everyone gets. Specifically to your questions:
1 - It is normal.
2 - You are now 35 Y/O. What matters though how old were
you when you have become LPR. If you were older than 26 at
that time, then you don't need to worry about selective registration.
I beleive.
3 - It is normal. I haven't heard of anyone going to more than one
N-400 interview (assuming they have passed successfully exams).
So maybe secondary interview could be scheduled if you fail some
exams....
