Hey Guys been trying to get onto the timeline all day any one else havin
problems????????????

I'm trying to immigrate to Australia as an IT professional
and I do not have a degree, though I have been working successfully in
IT for 10 years.
I've read all the requirements from ACS regarding

This may possibly be a bit off topic for this group, but I have been
drawing a blank in searching for this information elsewhere. Basically
what I am looking for is the rules for how Australia treats foreign
(US/Canada) retirement accounts of people who migrate to Australia.

Are  there are any nurses who have resently had there visa through and
did you front load medicals police checks ect.  I can not apply till end
of april as that will be my 12out of 18 months work experience, i have a
job offer and am trying to gage how long it will take. Any info ...

It states on visa app form to include transcripts of training, i am
hoping that NMC will send both mine (as EN and RMN) with verification.
My schools of nursing are both quoting me ?35 each and they will be sent
directly to NMC - no copy for me!

Will it help or is it necessary that the statements, including the
financial obligation for a front loaded de facto visa are witnessed by a
solicitor, or is it enough if it is signed by us?

I followed the instructions on the AHC website to request medical forms
