Does being overweight have any bearing on the outcome of any medicals? If so I suppose that as it'll take a while from application date to meds request I've got time to get into shape?

Folks, Last night I filled out the visa form for a skilled independent application. My wife being a beauty scored 125 points, so we make the grade on that score. She is the main applicant being a midwife.

My case officer has advised me she will request assurance bond (visa 139) as soon as she received oz police checks (i have been told by oz they are on their way!). however my aunty who is my sponsor and assurer is just off on her holidays and won't be around for a good few weeks.

This may sound a bit obvious, but I wanna be on the safe side. Will be making my initial entry (post grant) to Aus in a couple of weeks. Just wanna confirm that the piece of sticker on my passport is sufficient to get me through immigration? No need for ETA or whatever.
