Hi, I'm Debbie's friend & I need to get a copy of my Australian birth
certificate, does anybody know the name of the Vic bureau that I need

My Skilled Independent application was sent to Adelaide in February
2003. Medicals and PC were requested and sent in May 2004. I still
have no replies or envelopes in sight. It's been more than one and a
