bucks where to apply for police clearance check???
Found the NSY forms to download are these the ones i need??? Or will

Myself, hubby & 2 kiddies are emigrating to Oz on a 139 visa in january.
My uncle is our Sponsor & AoS. Is it possible for my uncle to also
sponsor my Sister, her hubby & 2 kid's, but find another AoS from
someone else??????

I intend to visit australia next januaray ,But I am wondering ,if I
arrived there and get intrested in studying a course ,can I aply for a
student visa while I am in australia with  visitor visa???

Anyone who applied in Sept 04 had an ack & meds requests yet?
our appl was recieved on 20th sept, an we just did our xrays today
(unrequested), meds being done in 2 weeks time, hoping we'll get the

At the time of application(04-07-2004),I included 10 points for MODL and
later points increased to 15.and I have also sent PCC & medicals on 04-08-
2004(requested).what DIMIA will give points 10 or 15.

Hi, i was just wondering when a partner visa is granted ie spouse,
defacto, fiance, do DIMIA send a letter only to the applicant or do they
also send a letter to the sponsor in australia advising of visa grant?

Just to let you know that it looks like Parcel Force (allegedly) have
successfully managed to lose Form 1134. AusPost said it was sent to the
Uk ont he 20th October, Parcel Force say that have no record of it in
