Well anyone who has seen my posts will know that it is now 15wks since our de-facto was sent to AHC by our agent. After much fobbing off by the owner of the agency we are using he has passed our details to another chap in his office.

I need to make a stat dec for my mother. She has applied for a contributory parent visa. The stat dec needs to say her name, address, DOB, how many children she has, marital status etc. I have tried to put something together but i can not come up with anything good.

hi, whats the go with the medicals, i was under the impression that the doc sent them direct to australia. on form 26, part A 12 it askes which office i intend to lodge my application, for pommies am i right in saying this would be the AHC in London?

What is the general opinion on Migration Agents. Has anyone on here gone there own way with their application? Some seem rather expensive, but if it takes the stress off it may be something I will think of.
