Just beginning to explore requirements for a spouse visa and noticed a
discrepancy regarding the statement on the history of our relationship.
The "Partner Migration" booklet, which I downloaded the other day, says
"You and your partner must provide a statement". I interpreted "a

Can anyone confirm from experience that if you apply for an off-shore
spouse visa (309) and, at the time of applying, meet the conditions for
waiving the usual 2-year waiting period, will you automatically get the

Hi may be standard but just thought I'd share with you.
Got email from agent today saying our pc checks and form 1022 have gone
via courier today, ours meds were sent 28 june and that DIMMIA have
informed them quote:

to go with employment references?  I won't be requesting points for
specific work experience so do I just need to provide two years worth of

Please can somebody tell me how far back your wife/husband's work
experience can be to remain valid for skills assessment. I have enough
points with the 100k bond but I would prefer not to stump up the cash.

Advice please.....got electronic email.....including forms for AOS/Meds
etc. I forwarded the whole email to our sponsor.....so they can simply
download the letter and print it off. Centrelink said they want the
original......but that is all we have.

may and they were sent off on the 25/5/05. Can anybody tell us how we can
track it. We know it left the uk but we don't know if it arrived safely in

I got it! A month ago, really, but life has been busy, and i've been
meaning to sit down here and give some advice, finally got around to it.
We had our appointment, at 1.30 on a Monday (my birthday actually, I

until the examining doctor told us that my wife did NOT need a Hepatitis
B test due to her past piercings.
