I lodge my application July 5,2005, and I was unaware that form 47sk was ammended last july 1, 2005. Needless to say, I used the old 47sk form before Juily 01... !!!!! THis is disastrious!!!! What should I do?... :(

Does anyone know if there is any point in lodging an application for Australian skilled residency when you can only make the pool mark? Has anyone heard of anyone gaining a visa after falling into the "pool"? I currently can't get anymore than 110 and the pass mark is 120 :-(

Sorry to ask picky questions.....but when anyone has got the visa email "Got it" has the decision date been the same day/date as the email arrived.....or has it been earlier. Just need to know if I can hold out hope slightly after the 14th

I am applying for a spouse visa for australia. How long should I leave between sending my application forms and getting my meds done and sent?I have heard that meds can get lost if a case number is not assigned to you.

Has anyone applied to W.A. for STNI ? I did back in May, and last week had an acknowledgement of the application (not too speedy). I'm wondering if it's true that they will only do STNI after SIR and not directly. Would love to hear of anyone's experiences on this

This is my first post. Does anyone know if it is possible to extend a three month RRV to a five year RRV from within Oz? Is there more chance of meeting the substantial tie element by living and working in Oz, even if it is only for a short period.

What happens when you renew a passport that has a visa sticker in it, as the old passport is cancelled and has the corner cut off etc.. do you have to re-submit the new passport to the AHC to get a new visa sticker put in it. I suppose this is only the case untill you are lucky ...
