My fiancé is currently undergoing treatment for Breast cancer.  She's an
American living in America.
Hopefully all will be well.  We will be married regardless of any situation
as we are very much in love.

I have been noticing that TRA assessments seem to be taking around 2
months or less.  We posted ours on 10th June, electrician MODL and paid
for priority processing yet have heard nothing yet, I have noticed that
others who applied after us have got theirs back already.  Is there

Whatever you do, do not use these migration agents.
As most on here know of the saga's we have had with them, now they
have really proved what an inefficiant bunch of (expensive)
amatures they are.

We are applying for the SIR visa. My husband is a self employed
financial adviser - does anyone know what DIMIA require to prove self
employment or where to find the information that they require? Can't
find any guidance anywhere so far.

My parents are planning to move to Aus on the above visa, i was
wondering if there was any extra paperwork that needed filling out, as
they lived in Perth in 1975 for around 1 1/2 years but then returned.

Not wanting to sound completely stupid.... but i notice as soon as most
people get their visa's they up and off to the great place!
however we are not going to be able to do this...for various reasons....
so i was wondering... if we plan a 3 or 4 week holiday can we class that

Had our meds done today for our RSMS visa, do the meds and xrays get
sent to brisbane where our nomination was granted and where our visa
application has to go to?
if anyone knows Id be glad of your knowledge.

Hi I am new to this!!
My husband is a qualified carpenter/Joiner & has been working as a wood
machinist in a company for 11 years. Where do I start in getting
relevant info for the TRA if the only evidence he has is a certificate
examples of stat decs, employer references etc needed15 Aug 2005 20:11 GMT1
Im getting so much information from this site - thank goodness I didnt
send off me TRA app befor checking here.
Does anybody have completed versions of employer references they used
for TRA - particularly if they are in hairdressing and completed stat
