Hi , our assurer is retired. He has the last two years tax papers
covered and money in the bank (equivalent to years income +) but will
that be sufficient instead of having a job?

Our assurer paid our AOS Bond way back at the end of June 05.  It's now
nearly October and we still have not heard anything.  Our medicals and
police checks went off in July.  Our application was received on 2nd
March 2005 (Skilled Australia Sponsored - Subclass 138).
