A friend of mine who also has a plan to move to Australia has had a
syphilis and he worries where it could be a serious problem. Of course,

Hi - I'm applying for a prospective marriage visa.

Council tax bill - both names on
Water Bill - both names on

Question 16 c: "Do you consume alcohol" : I only drink during

We are still waiting for our skills assessment result (been told it is
nearing completion) which should hopefully be positive and we are
applying for a 139 visa.  Unfortunately we go on holiday on 20th June
for 2 weeks by which time we would have missed the deadline for 139.

receiving Sponsorship approval? I can get the family to sponsor us if I have

I believe that for those UK born, proof via passport/birth certificate
is enough to be considered fluent in English and therefore no
requirement for the language test.
