We plan to submit our 138 visa application in July. Is it ok to go to Australia for a holiday in November on an ETA and probably stay for 2-3 months. Then leave Oz for our visa to be granted? Thank you for any advice!

I am wondering if anyone must have a valid passport of his/her origin of country up to date while he/she is a PR of Australia. Or does the Australia law required to obtain a valid of his/her origin of country passport before apply for Australian citizenship?

I'm not the main applicant but I understand i have to fill in a Form 80 anyway to go with hubby's 47sk. So, it asks for entire employment history since leaving school and all the dates etc - I have had quite a few jobs and have no idea of all the dates, is it absolutely imperrative

I have got my acknowledgement about one and a half months ago. can I finish my medicals now?. I know the fact that- the earlier the submission of meds/pcc, the lesser amount of time I get to land in oz. but that's okey with me.

Hello, I am confused about medicals, we have an acknowledgement lette and i need to sit the IELTS test, earliest date is 12th August! So was wondering if we should do our medicals and then send everything of together? or is that too premature? also is it ok to send them earlier
