passport back. I am applying under skilled independent subclass 136. I
have been assessed by the Australian Computer Society and have extra
points for being on MODL list.

I did a search here on how to check if medicals are cleared by LCU.  So
I sent an email with all the impt. information needed.  After a few
minutes, I got a response that our meds is "currently undergoing
assessment" and that to contact our CO for any further information.

I am expecting medical request in three months time. I have to take
x-ray for some other reason now. I do not want to expose myself to
x-ray many times.
Can I go to Immigration recommended doctor and do x-ray now and

Is the visa subclass 134 (skill matching), valid for 5 years like other
visas seem to be.

I have completed ielts in february 2005 and now i m going to lodge my
application. my question is this would it be valid? or i have to sit
again for ielts. my post secondary education is in english medium.

i applied for 136 MDOL .........One month later I got my STNI from VIC
Can i change my application to 136 to 137 STNI...........
Somebody told me If to do so u have to first close ur earlier
application and resubmit a new application as 137 STNi.............
