I will be applying for my visa in a couple of weeks when I get my new
passport back. I am applying under skilled independent subclass 136. I
have been assessed by the Australian Computer Society and have extra
points for being on MODL list.

My wife has just found out she is carrying the Hepatitus B virus,
however it is not active and she has no symptoms. She is fit and healthy

I have just had the most confusing telephone conversation with an agent
and am hoping that someone out there can help.
We are looking into applying for a state sponsorship to Victoria (OH is
an IT Manager) but the agent has said that we cannot go down this route

Hi just asking out of curiosity really. Can you just turn up in New

Our potential assurer owns his own business, with a turnover well over

I did a search here on how to check if medicals are cleared by LCU.  So
I sent an email with all the impt. information needed.  After a few
minutes, I got a response that our meds is "currently undergoing
assessment" and that to contact our CO for any further information.

i applied for 136 MDOL .........One month later I got my STNI from VIC
Can i change my application to 136 to 137 STNI...........
Somebody told me If to do so u have to first close ur earlier
application and resubmit a new application as 137 STNi.............

Myself, hubby [main applicant] and two sons, 11 and 17 will be arriving
in Oz on a 457 sometime in October [still getting flights etc sorted
out]. However, my eldest son may now remain in the UK until xmas.
My question is.......can he enter Oz separately to us, or does he need
