I will be applying for my visa in a couple of weeks when I get my new passport back. I am applying under skilled independent subclass 136. I have been assessed by the Australian Computer Society and have extra points for being on MODL list.

I have just had the most confusing telephone conversation with an agent and am hoping that someone out there can help. We are looking into applying for a state sponsorship to Victoria (OH is an IT Manager) but the agent has said that we cannot go down this route

I did a search here on how to check if medicals are cleared by LCU. So I sent an email with all the impt. information needed. After a few minutes, I got a response that our meds is "currently undergoing assessment" and that to contact our CO for any further information.

i applied for 136 MDOL .........One month later I got my STNI from VIC Can i change my application to 136 to 137 STNI........... Somebody told me If to do so u have to first close ur earlier application and resubmit a new application as 137 STNi.............
