When I applied for my visa, I frontloaded my police checks. Now that I have been allocated a CO, he has requested new police checks. Do I still send them to Adelaide, where my visa was sent. If so, do I put on the envelope F.A.O then my CO's name?

I'm a 457 visa sub class holder, already living and working in Australia. I'll be applying for the 136 visa sub class in a couple of months time. My question is that would I be treated as an On-shore Applicant or not ?

In case one goes for an MODL assessment, do you still have to get assessed for your skilled occupation? Sounds a little redundant to me, but couldn't find any previous entries on it here. Johan

My friend had a left eye injury when he was 4 years old which resulte in an eye surgury. His left eye can see things but they are blury. Hi right eye is fine. Will this be a problem regarding the Medica chekcs?
