I'm planning to file general skilled migration to Australia from UK ,
I hav few doubt which I have mentioned point wise below. It would be

I have a question regarding NZ work visa policy under skilled migrant
category.
Is it correct that to get a work visa, one has to have a job offer
first? If there is no job offer then one cannot apply under skilled
