ACS: Do we get 15 bonus points for 2231-79 which is listed in MODL04 Aug 2008 06:42 GMT1
I got the ACS done last week, their letter says that
"Your skills have been assessed to be suitable for migration under
2231-79 of the ASCO code, being the skilled occupation indicated that
you intend to nominate in a General Skilled Migration application."

That stuffs things right up.

However, is there is legal problem if I (primary applicant) go  first
(lets say in Nov 2008) and bring family (spouse and two kids) later
