and case assessor? Who has the final say in the assessment?

Just asking how long IELTS and skills assessment valid for? is it
years or 1 year? Do we just need to apply within the valid year? Fo
example, IELTS valid for 2 years. I am going to apply for VB 885 o
6/6/2009. I got IELTS result on 25/2/2008. So is it ok with that?

I am going to get them certified by a lawyer. What should his officia

I got the service letter from the company HR manager for AC
assessment.
This is on company letter head signed by the HR manager. But she ha
not put any official stamp on the letter when signing.

I am having a difficult time satisfying ACS currently.
I applied for 2231-79 (Network Security), after 12 weeks of filing th
application, ACS came back and has given me 30 days to provide employe
references (certified and only on a letterhead).

WA has updated their Priority List for Skilled Sponsored 176 (permanent)
sponsorship.
It now includes a host of IT occupations not found elsewhere on the MODL
