How long does it take, assunimg the paperwork is in order, to
process an application for pr for a spouse from abroad if done
through Vienna? What about Buffalo?

I got my CSQ approved for Quebec Immigration.  It is valid till 2006.  I got
a great job offer, but it is in Brazil, due to which I might be there for
