I applied for permanent residence and I am waiting the forms for the
medicals in some weeks. Anyone knows if there is a delay or any other
trouble if my wife is pregnant?

I´ve submitted application for sposnoring my mom and brother more than
a year ago. My brother then was 20 years old - he was considered as
dependent child. Case was processed in Mississauga at june 2003 - he
was 21.Right now he becomes 22 years old and my question : if

How do we define that:
1) Income declared on Canadian Income tax returns ?
2) Income from a Canadian source (job/interest/business etc)

I submitted my citizenship application documents in October 2003, my
receipt date is November 2003. I check the CIC website, it says they
started to process my application February 12, 2004, but so far, I still
did not hear from CIC, is this normal? If you have the same situation,

work permit application going through London?  Their website suggests an
average processing time of ten days. I'm on day 13 and nothing so far.

I have a question in regards to someone who holds a Canadian PR visa, and
travels to other country.

Please, I need the answer to this question as soon as possible! I am
going to New York to get the POVL and then go to Canada to land. The
question is - where can I land? Is it absolutely necessary to fly from
NYC to Toronto or Ottawa, etc., or I can rent a car and cross the border
