I have applied application for PR in 2001
I got Interview waieve Letter in March 2004 & asked to fill
IMM 0008 form again. Also sent height and eye color  form & needed
police clearance certificate.

Is there any specific time frame within which the candian
consulate should be taking a decison on the application. I have applied
for PR Two and half years ago and they are still working on it. I am
recently called for a interview which they waived off some time ago.
