Last October 8th, I received a letter from New York Consulate telling me that

I landed as a PR on May 2004 and will be getting married to my fiance
in India on Dec 12, 2004. I will be in India for the next two months
returning here in Feb 2005. My question is, can I file the sponsorship
papers while I am in India and mail it to Missisauga?

My situation is I got my passport request which is expiring on 18th
Nov 2004. I recently addedd my newborn in my application. Should I go
ahead and get the visa or should I wait till papers of my kid is
processed?
