One of my friend's file was transferred from Buffalo to Detroit recently.
The note said that the next correspondence will be from that office.  Can
any one enlighten us why they do this and is it good or bad. ( she has

I was just wonderung if anyone can say anything about refusals of the whole
immigration process. Our case started the processing in September 2004.
Would we by now have heard if the case would be refused. Isn't the Embassy

anyone please inform me on the timeline for the oath? how long does it
usually take for them to call for it after the test?

I'm moving to Canada next year with my partner and will be working as a
nurse.  One point that is causing real concern.  Do Canadians really only
get two weeks vacation a year?!  If so, how do you cope!!  What about school
