I'd like to apply for passports for my two young children.  They were
born in Manitoba but we all live in the UK now.  I've got a
certificate of citizenship but they only have birth certificates.
Will these suffice when applying for a passport to the high commission

I recently landed in Canada. In Ottawa to be precise. The officer set
me up, got my mailing address and gave me some landing related info on
PRs. However, he did not ask for any extra photograph for the PR card.
