I'm due to start work in Vancouver soon, on a temporary work permit
visa. I'm from the UK and i'm a bit confused about the healthcase
system in Canada. What do I need to do to be covered? I guess it's up
to my employer to get me insurance right?

There used to be a website where people entered their timelines (tiem
from application to file number receipt, medical exam etc). Could
