Well guys with your support I have reached at the end of immigration
process. As you already knew, we have already landed and currently
staying in US. Next month we are moving to Canada permanently. I have
couple of question if PMM and Jim can help me to resolve.

I have applied for a study permit at the Detroit office; with my
Indian passport along with my wife's passport. I am on L1 visa in the

I inadvertently missed enclosing my I-94 and I-797 (petition)

I landed in Canada on 18th June 2004 and stayed there till 15th July
2005. That means I stayed for 392 days out of required 730 days to
maintain PR status. My card expires on 18th June 2009. My questions

I have a work permit for 1 year, until March 1st 2009, but I'm
experiencing some problems at work, so it could be that my employment
will end (either I'll quit or perhaps they'll fire me). So I’m asking

Hi, I landed in 2005 in Toronto (skilled worker) and left one week
afterwards.  Now I would like to move to another city/province
