I'm in Canada on a student visa and got married to a Canadian citizen. It took immigration 6 months to approve my wife as a sponsor, then immigration has been doing my background checks for 9 months after the initial 6 months. All this without calling us for an interview first.

My spouse went to her DMP exam in Bangalore India. The XRAY came suspect for TB. Three sputum tests were ordered. Spouse did that. Waiting for the resuts. She was referred to a TB specialist since DMP's know how was limited.
