I am a US citizen and I am married to the person who does not
have a green card. We sign a prenuptial agreement before the marriage
and applied for a Green Card.
Can this (i.e. existence of the prenuptial agreement) be an obstacle

visiting/presenting a paper on a conference? is it visa for pleasure

I posted a thread recently about my 16 yr old son and a police reprimand
he received last November. Although I have just checked with the UK
police( who were really nice )and he doesn't have a criminal record, he
has a police record on file.which will show up on his police clearance

On February 18th, INS has claimed that the number of H1B visas is over the
quota for the FY 2004. I am just curious, why it is not discussed on this
forum? Any thoughts about that? Is it the first year that the number of H1B
petitions approved is over 65,000?

My B2 visa will expire in two months. I will request an extension for more 6
months. I will attach a statement letter answers the questions they are

The idea is for someone who works fulltime for a US company (based in US)
but will at the majority time working remotely/telecommute from OUTSIDE US

I am working here in US since 3 years on H1B. I got approved my I 140 in
May 2003. Then I got the employment authorization and the advanced
parole document. My I 485 reciept date is Jan 2003 which is still
pending with the INS.
