I got my labour certification last year and got my work card. Now,
I received a letter from INS a few weeks ago that my work card requires
a 4 year degree. ( i have a 2 year degree). Now what are my options?
will my certification and work card be cancelled?

Do principal E-2 Visa holders qualify for a social security number or only
for an ITIN? (Using logical reasoning, it would seem that their function

My Adjustment of Status application I-485 has been recently
transferred to the local office (New York) for an interview. I filed
my I-485 application back in March 2002. It looks like that the
interview can take from 9 months to a year or more. I have been

How do I find what was my admission/arrival number upon my entry to
US? As I understand this number was on my first I-94. I am a green
card holder now. I am trying to get a dealer job at the casino. It's a
licensed position. To get a license you have to pass background check.
