I currently hold an I-visa tied to a contract with a media organ-
isation...
I have been offered another job in the US and there might be a 1 month
gap between the end of my current contract and obtaining my new visa for

I think the most miserable thing is actually done with the interview
but still didn't get anything.
When I had interview, the officer told me because the slow process of
security checks, he can't give me the temp greencard but once the

If I get a sponsor, to meet 125% of poverty, how many dependants would
the sponsor have to quailify for?

My I-140 was approved on May 1-2003, yesterday I received an email
saying that they sent me a letter requesting additional evidence or
additional information in this case.
Is this possible after being approved more than a year ago?

It's quite frustrate to search for a H1B sponsor in US.
Chances are limited...quota is limited...resource is limited.
I guess 2005 H1B quota would be filled up be 1 Oct,
