I have filed paperwork for H4 visa along with H1B visa
extension for my husband.
We are waiting on it.
In the mean time i got a job and they are going to apply for H1B visa for

If I am waiting for an approval from the Labor Department for a labor
certification case, would my process be automatically setup with PERM
when it is finalized.  Otherwise will I have to re-apply and pay new

   Already twice I was issued H1B visa,the last one expired in July
2003 . But I worked actually 70 days only in US during the two visa
periods. Now I want to know whether I am elegible for another H1B

I have an E-2 visa valid until May 2005, and my I-94 is valid until
March 2005.  I need to make a trip to Canada next week where I have

next year. The two year HRR rule does not apply to me, and I also hold a
