Good Evening all.
Does anyone know if old passport information is available to other
countries when you legally change your name and apply for brand new
passport.

My friend has a valid H1B stamp from a company A, but he is currently
working for company B. He is now travelling to India, and he was
concerned if he requires re-stamping for the company B? Or can he enter
US with the valid stamp from company A and approval notice (I-797) of

Did anyone noticed the big jump in the Atlanta DOL's Processing dates.
Last month Dec 2004, it was having May, 2003 for both Regular Permanent
and RIR. I just checked today and it has been updated since Jan 13th.
Now it says that Atlanta is processing Jun. 2004 files. 2004 ??? Thats

Say someone was on H1b (2 years) and then got married to USC and changed

My brother has a citizenship interview date in New Jersey, but he will
be unable to attend the interview on  that date. If he asks INS to
reschedule, then the new date is possibly going to be after how many
months ?   (or years? !)
