I am here in states on B1 Visa and my company want to apply for a
change of Status to L1.
I have applied for L1 status change from B1 and I have the petition
waiting for approval.

I finally got my L2 extension approved on June 15, more than 3 months
after e-filing it.  Our marriage certificate and the childrens' birth
certificates were not returned with the approvals and we need them for
