Two questions:
1. Have you ever been asked if you have adopted children?
2. Were you put under oath?

Is it possible to transfer my H1B Visa,  with the 140 approved and 485
pending for over 6 months?
Would it mess up my Green Card process?
Do  I have to file for an AC21?

My wife's date of birth on her green card is wrong. Can I send my I-130
with a copy of my
wife's passport with proof of permament residence stamped on it? I

My wife (a permament resident) is sponsoring me for marriage based
green card. Her date of birth (D.O.B) on Green Card is different than
her D.O.B on our marriage certificate. Her D.O.B on marriage
certificate is correct.

My daughter's priority date is 22MAR2004.
Last month F1 date for her category  on the bulletin was 22APR01.
Today it is 15MAR01.

I'm approaching five full years of holding my Green Card now (finally), only
three or four months away... any advice as to when I can apply for
citizenship?  Do I need to wait till I complete my five years before trying?

After filmschool (F-1) my stay got extended for one year of practical
training which ended in October. I got married to a USC in September but
