I am wondering is after one gets their LC.
And files for I140 (Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker) ;
some of the priority dates are s far streched especially for countries
like India.

On the issue of the 2year HRR waiver for Fulbright:
After checking article 212(e) from the Immigration Law, the text says
that an "aggregate of more than 2 years have to be spent in the native
GC holder returning on AP31 Jan 2006 17:50 GMT2
My parents (GC holders) applied for AP in May 2004 and left US and I
receive their approved AP in Sept 2004 and it said they are valid until
Sept 2006. I just want to know how long (at the most) they can remain
outside US without risking their GC.
