I am wondering is after one gets their LC.
And files for I140 (Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker) ;
some of the priority dates are s far streched especially for countries
like India.

for green card holders.....when you cross as a pedestrian, they scan
your greencard, afterwwards do they look at a screen for
information?........also do they ask any questions?

Can somebody tell me how to?  She is in miseriable situation, and I
