I am planing to land in Canada using a greyhound bus from New York to
Toronto. The bus schedule shows that bus stops at Buffalo, NY then FT

My H1B visa is expiring in 20 months from now. My current employer has
not yet applied my green card. Is it advisable to change jobs now when
the new employer says he is ready to apply for green card in 6 months.

Ok, here is some background... DH and I married in 2001 - he's from the
UK and I from the US.  He became a Citizen in 2005 and petitioned for
his parents to come to the US to live.  His parents are using an
immigration lawyer based in California.  We are now to the point where
TN-1 renewal at Mexican border?29 Apr 2006 06:49 GMT2
My TN-1 visa is due for renewal.  It's just 20 minutes drive to the
Mexican border from where I am.  Would I be able to get a TN-1 renewal
there, or I have to go back to US/Canada border?
