My sister-in-law was diagnosed with Cancer last year. She went through
the surgical procedure and then Chemotherapy for the duration requested
by the doctors.  But her latest reports (yesterday) indicate the return
of the tumor.

I have tried applying for my son`s social security card, he is a K-2 and
i am a USC, but they said he has to come in person as he is 5 yrs old,
the problem is that he is currently out of the country, my question is

in Dec 2002.
1.    I am planning to apply for the citizenship. Should I go ahead or
rather wait until Dec 2007?

There is a bill in US Congress that would put illegal immigrants on path
to green card for all who were in US for more than 5 years .,
My Question is what about the legal immigrants who are here for more
than 5 years and can't find someone to sponser them for green card ??

I need some of your opinions out there.  Here is my situation:
'Company Old', where I work, was bought out and is laying off all their
employees, our release date is the end of this month, April.  Six weeks
