Am curious about the rate of approvals for DV filed by foreigners from
within the USA. I filed from within for 8 straight years...no luck. Were
there any winners? In this case, how were they notified? Via email or
snail mail? Wondering.

Any idea how long is the processing times for a HB-1, 7th year
extension?  Is there any site  I could find out?

I originally filed my mother's I-130 and I-485 in Virginia last year
and she had her fingerprints done there. We have since moved to New
