I recently came to the USA as a LPR. My children did not have
following-to-join benefits hence they are not currently with me. How
soon can I petition my children for them to come to the USA as LPR's?

Could someone please clarify this for me?  I read that you can become a
citizen if you invest a significant amount in a business, but you have

I'm on an h4 visa that is about to expire in the next 20 days, I was
