Last week I went for my test/interview for naturalization. All went very
well and now I am waiting for the actual "swearing in" ceremony. Anyone
have any ideas as to how long is a typical wait between the interview to
swearing in?

Hi, I moved here 5 years ago after my dad got a job. I am currently 18
years old without anything yet (no work permit, permanent residency,
etc). And I'm really knowledgeless about the whole process and I feel
like it's about time I started getting on about learning more about it

I have US Masters Degree in Systems Engineering.I also have MBA and BE

OPT which will expire on Dec 2006.
My H1B with current company is starting from Oct 1st.As I am working on

some 30 years ago when I received my first alien card (then so called "green card"), I
had also registered for selective service at the local post office.
today I'm trying to recall the selective service number as that is one of the
questions on the naturalization application

OK, getting ready to file my N-400, and want to make sure I got
everything.. got some questions too..
It will be based on 5 year cont. residence (not on marriage).. so:
1. A photocopy of both sides of your Permanent Resident Card

I have a peculiar situation. Recently I went to India on a passport
that was expiring on Aug 4th 2006. I have a valid H1B visa till Jun
2008. At the port of entry the immigration officer gave me entry only
till Aug 4th 2006 on my I-94 as my passport is expiring on that date.
