Last week I went for my test/interview for naturalization. All went very
well and now I am waiting for the actual "swearing in" ceremony. Anyone
have any ideas as to how long is a typical wait between the interview to
swearing in?

Hi, I moved here 5 years ago after my dad got a job. I am currently 18

I have a peculiar situation. Recently I went to India on a passport
that was expiring on Aug 4th 2006. I have a valid H1B visa till Jun
2008. At the port of entry the immigration officer gave me entry only

visa and I never left since then.
I was caught by immigration officials 2 years ago and a Immigration
Judge gave me a Voluntary departure order, which I did not follow.
