OK, getting ready to file my N-400, and want to make sure I got
everything.. got some questions too..
It will be based on 5 year cont. residence (not on marriage).. so:
1. A photocopy of both sides of your Permanent Resident Card

This is my time line:
1. Came to US on F1 (MS) in Aug 2000, did not like the school and hence
  transferred to a better one in Jan 2001.
2. Completed my Master's in July 2003, but in my last semester received

I am planning to go for my H1B stamping in Canada.I am trying to get
the appointment with the US Consulate in Canada at this site

Everytime I check it says that appointment can be booked for 4/8 weeks

Hi, I've received the request to forward my foreign birth certificate to the
INS for a green card application and I-140 (?) adjustment.  Question is --  
what gets sent?  The certificate is in a non-English language.  Should I
send the original + legalized copy?  Does the ...

So just a bit of background on myself that some of you might know from
previous posts. I am a 26 year old Irish male who has a girlfriend
